Very sincere message Pastor Barry. I agree with all you have said. Salvation is off the Lord. A Pastor or Shepherd is called to feed and look after the sheep, but Sheep gives birth to sheep. In other words The labourers are few. Take Care Pastor Barry.

A Most useful and educational resource for any Minister / Priest to listen and inwardly digest. The role of the Priest is defined firstly by a calling that is led by The Holy Spirit. It is this Spirit and the guidance of the Shepherd that Pastor Barry is trying to fire up within all. Let each of us called by God support each other, assisting all our Brothers and Sisters in Christ as true shepherds to gain all and return all to the flock. We are living in the time I believe we should realize the works of Satan surrounding Christians with his trickery ….Those of us who are Pastors should encourage and lead the flock into the wolf den with the Sword of The Lord and deliver the Word of God to the sinners and lead them to Jesus Christ..ALL Christians are commanded by God to go into the highway,hedges and anywhere else souls can be found.. Some will plant the seed and others will harvest the seed after the Holy Spirit has watered and fertilized the soul…We must trust the Holy Spirit to prepare the way for acceptance of God Word for Salvation…No one can enter the Kingdom of God Accept through Jesus Christ…..All Christians are Sowers of The Word of God…refer to > Mark 4:13 thru 32..Give God All Glory…Honor…and Praise….

So very true but yet sorely lacking. It is my opinion (which is probably not worth very much) that the greatest enemy of the church today are those who profess to be Christian and are not, including many famous preachers of the day. I say that with some inside knowledge as I have been a full time pastor for 40 years.

Very nicely done. I like that you complemented your spoken word with bullet points off to the side. These videos will be very helpful to anyone wanting to spread God’s word and to learn more about God’s word. If possible in the future, it might be helpful to some to refer to scripture in the short talk and put the text of the Bible verse underneath the outline. Once again, very nicely done.

What a short and relevant piece, thank you. One additional point I wish to add is that as Pastor, do not hide from yourself. Be open to God even if not to man and he will help you out. God will find us out anyways. David could only hide for a little less than nine months, but God searched him out.
My second point is for us to remember that God weighs our action and that should send holy fear into our heart. If we walk with this understanding, ministry becomes an assignment instead of competition and we will be able to remain faithful to him that has called us and maintain a good heart.

Some christians of contemprary church when we talk about what we wear in the church,they said that God is looking in the heart not the outside,But I said we are representing God and we need to dress neatly to show our respect of Him. Also people are looking at us in the pulpit we need to look good as God is a God of things in good order.Yes, we need to check our heart is inline with God’s will and repent of any wrong doings. God bless your ministry.
